Inesperadamente, a ideia da Vivant surgiu quando um dos sócios, Leonardo Atherino, se viu em uma situação desconfortável com uma garrafa de vinho durante uma festa.
“Tinha que colocar um dos dois no chão para cumprimentar os amigos”, disse.
Ou seja, com o intuito de facilitar a vida alheia, os sócios juntamente com o Sommelier Felippe Siqueira foram até o Rio Grande do Sul e selecionaram a Vinícola Quinta Don Bonifácio como parceira de produção de seu Vinho em Lata.
O objetivo da marca não é substituir a bebida de garrafa, mas agregar com sua praticidade aos momentos em que o vidro não se encaixa tão bem.
A Vivant conta com 3 rótulos diferentes, sendo Branco, Rosé e Tinto.
Chegou nossa hora de provar o Vinho Vivant Tinto, por sugestão do Sommelier Fabricio @coradello, harmonizamos com o Carpaccio da Casa do @restaurantedonaguilar com pesto de pistache e queijo.
O vinho é um blend de uvas Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot e a experiência foi ótima. O Vivant Tinto é leve, assim com o Carpaccio. Deu match!
